She is highly skilled, having been trained in yoga and dance at Kripalu Center of Yoga & Health and learning exceptional massage work from Thai masters in Thailand.

Caren is fully trained in Yoga, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Thai and Chinese Sports Massage. Her healing presence is inspiring and she is known for bringing fresh and unique qualities to her healing practice.
